Farm to Table: Native Diets
Wide-open pastures allow livestock plenty of room to graze and roam. Through rotational grazing, pastures are given time to rest and regrow, promoting healthy land and livestock.
Volunteer crews mend fences, maintain working areas, plant huli (taro), propagate native plants, and more. Their time, effort, and dedication is part of what makes Ricochet Ranch thrive.
The ranch's main crop is kalo, a staple in the traditional Hawaiian food system. Contact us to bring fresh, locally grown kalo straight from our farm to your table.
